    b) responding to inquiries sent directly by email, activities aimed at concluding and performing contracts with clients or contractors (Art. 6 sec.1 letter b GDPR) – applies to clients; (Art. 6 sec.1 letter f GDPR) – applies to persons cooperating with BDZ – Automation Sp. z o.o. on behalf of a client/contractor
    c) fulfilling the legitimate interests of the Controller, in particular:
  • preparing commercial offers

  • pursuing claims

4. How long do we process your data?

  • contracts with contractors/clients – for the period specified in the agreement agreed between the parties or necessary for BDZ – Automation Sp. z o.o. to fulfil obligations, 5 years from the completion of the project, and in case of claims, the period may be extended;
  • commercial offers – 2 years from sending the offer and the termination of business talks;
  • financial settlements – for the period until the expiry of data storage obligations resulting from legal regulations, in particular the storage of accounting documents (5 years after the year in which the legal event occurred that required the issuance of the accounting document);
  • marketing activities – until an objection is raised.

5. Who is the recipient of your personal data
Recipients of your personal data may also include: persons authorized by the Controller; entities entrusted by the Controller with processing personal data (processors) under concluded agreements, including IT service providers, consulting companies; entities to which the Controller is obliged to provide data under legal provisions.

6. Voluntary provision of your personal data
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for concluding and performing contracts and for contacting contractors/clients.

7. What rights do you have in connection with the processing of personal data
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, and object to processing. You have the right to object to further processing and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
